Fulfilling our obligation under article 13 of the GDPR, we want to inform you how we process your personal data and, above all, inform you about the rights that you will be entitled to in connection with the new legal regulations.

We kindly ask you to read the following information.

1. Personal data controller of your personal data is MAPRO Polska S.A. in Częstochowa     (42-202) at Złota Street;
2. The contact person in the matter of personal data protection is the personal data controller available at the following e-mail address: rodo@mapropolska.pl;
3. Your personal data will be processed in order to perform the contract, including sales service and questions reported by e-mail and by phone or to take action before concluding the contract, pursuant to article 6 section 1 point b of the GDPR;
4. The recipient of your personal data will be authorized employees of the personal data controller;
5. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries and international organizations;
6. Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the contract and later for the period required by tax law (6 years). If the contract is not concluded, personal data will be kept for 3 years from the date of their collection;
7. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit data processing, the right to data transfer, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
8. You have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority when you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;
9. Your submission of personal data is a contractual requirement. Providing your personal data by you is voluntary. The consequence of not providing personal data is the inability to perform the contract;
10. Your personal data will not be processed in the form of profiling.
